Happy First Day of Fall!!

This is my favorite time of year, pumpkins, leaves turning, cooler weather, bonfires and of course football! I've recently discovered another reason to love fall, the kids go to school! We started kindergarten this year and I'm not sure who loves it more, the kids or me lol. So after taking the Summer off, we've revamped the workshop and I'm excited to start some new projects that I will be adding here when they get finished. Also, if you know me personally, you know I have a love of food, season themed decorating, and crafting, which I will also be adding for everyone else to enjoy as well! So in honor of Fall day, I found this little gem while watching "The Kitchen" on Food Network, while also on my treadmill. I feel like watching a cooking show is a great motivator while exercising. It has my fall favorite, pumpkin, and even better it's healthy!!
